يمكنكم طلب تعطيل حساب The Light School الخاص بكم وحذف بياناتكم الشخصية في أي وقت.You can request that your The Light School account be deactivated and your personal data deleted at any time.

الإلغاء من التطبيقDeactivate from the app

1. افتح تطبيق The Light School وسجّل الدخول.Open the The Light School mobile app and sign in.
2. اذهب إلى الملف الشخصي ← الإعدادات.Go to Profile → Settings.
3. اضغط على «إلغاء الحساب» وأكّد العملية.Tap Deactivate Account and confirm.

الإلغاء عبر البريد الإلكترونيDeactivate by email

إذا تعذّر عليكم تسجيل الدخول، أرسلوا بريدًا إلكترونيًا من العنوان المرتبط بحسابكم إلىIf you can't sign in, send an email from the address attached to your account to thelightschool231@gmail.com مع وضع «طلب إلغاء حساب» في الموضوع. سنتحقق من هويتكم وننفّذ الطلب.with the subject "Account deactivation request". We'll verify your identity and process the request.

ماذا يحدث لبياناتكمWhat happens to your data

• يتم تعطيل تسجيل الدخول فورًا.Your sign-in is disabled immediately.
• تُحذف البيانات الشخصية خلال 30 يومًا، باستثناء ما يلزم الاحتفاظ به قانونًا (مثل السجلات المالية المدققة).Personal data is deleted within 30 days, except where law requires us to retain a record (for example, audited financial data).
• تُجهَّل السجلات الأكاديمية قبل أرشفتها داخل حساب المدرسة، لتبقى تقارير المدرسة سليمة دون التعريف بكم.Academic records are anonymised before being archived inside the school's account, so the school's reporting stays intact without identifying you.

غيّرتم رأيكم؟Changed your mind?

خلال فترة السماح البالغة 30 يومًا يمكنكم مراسلتنا علىDuring the 30-day grace period you can email thelightschool231@gmail.com وسنعيد تفعيل الحساب. بعد انتهاء فترة السماح يصبح الحذف نهائيًا.and we'll restore the account. After the grace period the deletion is permanent.
